Returns

For snacks & sweets items, unfortunately we do not accept any returns. However, if the product you receive is incorrectly supplied, please send us the photographic evidence within 24 hours of product delivery.   You can reach out to us at help@northmadastreet.com  with the required information to consider the request. 

Returned items must be delivered to us in an unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or they may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore we recommend an insured and track-able mail service.
