Cancellations & Refund

If you are requesting to cancel your order, you must contact us with in 4 hours of placing the orders at help@northmadastreet.com, mentioning your order number and the reason for cancellation from your registered email ID.  On accepting your request for cancellation, we will issue a refund for the same within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of your order.  The refund will be made in the same method that the payment was received. 

Kindly note once the order has been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel or refund the money.
